ORDER COMPLETION DATE INFORMATION

Standard orders require at least 7-10 business days from art approval to arrive in your hands. Please be sure to fill in the in hands date unless you have a completely flexible in hands date requirement. If you need to receive your order faster please fill let us know below by filling in your "in hands date" AND authorizing rush fees if needed. Please understand that Air Freight may be required to meet your in hands date. Orders specifying expected ship date or in hands with less than 5 production (business) days will need to be processed as rush service orders. If you do not authorize rush service when ordering, your order will be delayed so that we can contact you to discuss your order and get the authorizations on expediting the order.

If your in hands date is flexible, please leave this field blank.

If you have an event for which you require these balloons, please be sure to include the date. If you have ordered your balloons well in advance your event, please go ahead and still put an in hands date. If you are ordering well in advance, you should go ahead and list the in hands a week or so earlier than your event.

Step 1:Once your order is submitted above, please send the artwork. If you are emailing new artwork please email it to us at this time. Please be sure to include that name on the order in the subject line.

Your done! If you need any other products like ribbon, hi-float, foil balloons or other latex balloons, you can shop for those now.

Be sure to include the PMS number if a specific color match is needed.

Rush service is only available on one side, one color imprint. Order quantity: 100, 250, 500 and 1000. Balloon sizes: 9" latex and 11" latex. Orders musts be received by 11: CST for production to begin the next business day. From July to October, production is busier and rush orders may not be able to be accommodated. We will contact you if we are not able to meet your date or you can call us before placing the order to check the production schedule.
