Eliminate helium with this 17" reusable balloon that started it all! Often referred to as a "permanent balloon" or "helium-free" balloon. These reusable plastic balloons are UV resistant and balloon shaped (oval). This plastic balloon maintains a shiny "like new" appearance for months outdoors! Inflate by mouth or via our inflator/deflator. This product is our economy-line and ideal for non-freezing outdoor temperatures and regions with less than 25 degree average temperature changes from day to day. Please note that Red and to a lesser degree, Orange and Pink balloons will fade over time in the Balloon Bobber™ line.We place these two colors at 2-3 months before fading in substantially sunny environments. Other Balloon Bobber™ colors are not subject to accelerated fading. (Bobber MAXX™ Red is much more fade resistant).
