The raw material used in producing these balloons help retard the sun's ultraviolet rays, while the slender thick neck makes inflation easy. Beware of imitators. These are not just jumbo latex balloons. Chloroprenes are a mixture of latex and neoprene which makes a noticeable diffrence even before this balloons is inflated.
